    This package is a 365 degree, holistic approach to your health and fitness. Not only does this package include individualized monthly program design and a nutrition assessment*, but we’ll also assess your sleep quality, stress levels, and then work to find solutions to help you improve both of these things. This package is for the serious individual who wants to leave no stone unturned when it comes to seeing results and reaching their goals

* You’ll record yourself performing a couple of basic movements (squat, lunge, pushup, etc) and send it to me via Dropbox or text message.

** I’ll provide some dietary guidelines, advice, and some solutions to your biggest nutritional obstacles in order for you to see the most success while staying relevant to your goals. NOTE: I am NOT providing you with a monthly, weekly, or daily, meal plan. I am not a registered dietitian, nor do I claim to be. I am, however, familiar with what constitutes a healthy and well- rounded diet based on specific fitness goals. I will provide you with guidelines, advice, and help you modify habits to see improvements with your nutrition.
