NOTE: I am NOT providing you with a monthly, weekly, or daily, meal plan. I am not a registered dietitian, nor do I claim to be. I am, however, familiar with what constitutes a healthy and well- rounded diet based on specific fitness goals. I will provide you with guidelines, advice, and help you modify habits to see improvements with your nutrition.
